AC Hotel Pasadena
In the lyrics ‘Route 66’ by Bobby Troup, he wrote, ‘When you make that California trip, get your kicks on Route 66.’ The city of Pasadena, also known as ‘City of Roses’ is right on Route 66. Business and leisure travelers can now get their kicks at the AC Hotel Pasadena located in the heart of the city.
Route 66 was the first transcontinental highway linking Chicago to Los Angeles. Established on November 11, 1926, it’s popularized in American culture through books, songs, and movies, and serving as a key route for migration during the Dust Bowl. Soon it will be celebrating 100 years, as the AC Hotel will be rolling out specials for guests to enjoy.
Located within the historic Pasadena Playhouse Village, this hotel is thoughtfully designed for guests’ needs and the surrounding community and environment. The modern decor crafted in the open layout offers functional beauty and a pleasing ambiance.
